Either the damage is claimable, or it is not. If a repair is the right call instead of a replacement, we say so. If there is no damage, we say that.

We file the documentation, meet the adjuster at your house, and stay on the claim until it is settled. Then we build the roof.

Insurance claims
The claim is the hard part. That is the part we do.
Most homeowners do not lose the claim because the damage was not there. They lose it because nobody documented it properly, or nobody was standing on the roof when the adjuster came.
We photograph the damage before anything is filed, submit the documentation, meet your adjuster at the house, and push back with evidence when the first assessment comes in low.
One thing worth knowing: most policies set a deadline for filing after a storm, and it runs from the date of the storm, not the day you notice the damage.
Roofs sit there looking fine for months after the hail that ruined them. If a storm has come through, it is worth finding out where you stand while the claim is still open to you.
Deadlines vary by policy, so check yours. We cannot approve your claim; only your insurer can. What we can do is document the damage properly and make sure your policy is applied to what is actually up there.

Is the inspection really free, and what is the catch?
It is free and there is no catch. A project manager comes out, gets on the roof, photographs what they find and shows you. You keep the report. If you want us to do the work, we will quote it. If you do not, that is the end of it. We do not sell your details on and we do not send anyone back to your door.
Will my insurance actually cover a new roof?
That depends on your policy and on what the damage is, and only your insurer can decide it. What we can tell you is whether there is claimable storm damage up there, and we document it thoroughly enough that the claim is judged on evidence rather than a quick look from the ground. If the damage does not warrant a claim, we will say so.
How fast can you get here after a storm?
We answer storm calls around the clock, weekends included. If water is coming into the house we prioritise getting it patched before anything else — one homeowner had us on the roof within thirty minutes of calling on a Sunday night.
How long does a replacement take?
Most residential roofs are torn off and rebuilt in a single day. Larger or steeper homes, or jobs that include gutters, decking or interior repairs, can run longer — you will get a schedule before we start, not after.
What warranty do I get?
Every material we install carries a comprehensive manufacturer warranty, and we will hand you the paperwork for it on the day we finish. Warranty length depends on the shingle system you choose, so the specific terms for your roof are confirmed in writing before any work starts rather than promised vaguely up front.
Do you only do roofs?
No. Storm water rarely stops at the shingles. We also handle gutters, fascia, siding, chimney and skylight flashing, decking, and interior damage including ceilings and flooring. Several of our jobs are full storm restorations rather than roof-only work.
